NOMINATE NOW

NOMINATIONS:
All nominations are treated with confidence and are only seen by the judging panel and category sponsor. The short list will be made in January and candidates will be informed by post or email. The only clause is that those shortlisted be AVAILABLE to attend the Awards, so please keep the evening of Saturday 7th March 2009 available. The event is being held at the Radisson Mayfair Hotel in London .

THE NOMINATION PROCESS
To nominate you will need to submit:

• A completed nomination form - download a nomination form by right clicking here and selecting 'save target as' then save the PDF to your computer.
  
• A letter or document stating why the individual nominated should be considered for an Award
• Evidence that the nominee agrees to the nomination and terms of nomination (i.e. signature on form).
  
• The nominee’s CV (if possible)
  
• A good quality photograph (300dpi) of the nominee for use if shortlisted.
  

EVIDENCE:
Supporting material e.g, reports, press cuttings, for the business woman evidence of when the company was formed and evidence of its growth (this could be letters of commissions or list of clients) mention and evidence of other awards won
