RULES OF ENTRY

• To enter you will need to submit a written presentation that meets the criteria for the category being chosen. The entry should be clearly presented (written in block letters please) so that it is easy for the judging panel to read.
• Someone can be nominated for more than one category.
• The completed entry form must be signed by the person submitting the entry and the person being nominated.
• All nominees must be older than 16 years of age.
• Your entries will be acknowledged on receipt, please acknowledge having heard from IWoE
• The closing date for entry is 20th January 2009.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by nominees or nominator.
• Award winners may state in advertising/promotional activity and on their stationary that they are finalists or winners but this must include the category and the year in which the award was won.
• Finalist must be available to attend the awards ceremony on Saturday 7th March 2009
• Finalist will have free entry. However, if she wishes to invite family or friends discounted costs can be negotiated.
• Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony.
